For operations & IT teams
Unlock the capacity
you’re already paying for.
Orchard reveals repeated work and how effort is distributed across your business. Isaac, Orchard’s AI, helps you investigate where processes could improve, turn recorded work into clear instructions, and build automations that free people from repetitive tasks.

The work gets delivered.
The hidden effort adds up.
Every repeated export, spreadsheet fix, and handoff uses capacity your business has already paid for. When those steps stay hidden, it is hard to distinguish necessary work from work you could simplify.
The weekly report is one place to start.
Operations exports the records. Another team updates the workbook. Someone checks the totals and publishes. Next week, the preparation starts again.
Orchard gives you the operational visibility to examine those steps. Find where teams repeat the same preparation, agree what can change, and use the recording to create a procedure they can reuse.

From repeated work
to a process you can reuse.
See operational intelligence in practice: find recurring work, inspect the recorded steps, and review draft instructions with the owner. The examples below show each part of that process in the current product.

Explore work patternsComputer activity is evidence of observed work. Your team confirms the meaning. For a task ready to automate, use Orchard to configure the steps, test the output, and set approvals before it runs.

See how your tools
fit the work.
Orchard shows how teams use software and AI across your business, and how work moves between applications. See where people rely on spreadsheets, repeat manual steps, or need support—then decide where training or a process change could help.
Ask the team what explains the pattern, then assess completion, quality, and rework. Usage alone does not prove a return on the investment.

Test the value in one team.
Expand with evidence.
Choose one process and define what improvement would mean before enrolling devices. Agree on Windows and browser capture, access, and responsibilities. Measure the result before committing to a wider rollout.
Review deployment and data collectionBefore you decide.
What Orchard adds, what it needs, and what stays with your team.
What if we already have dashboards or automation tools?
Orchard adds observed application activity, supported task records, and tools to investigate the steps between systems. Bring a question your current reports leave unanswered. We’ll discuss whether this additional evidence would be useful, including where your existing tools already do the job.
Do we need to automate anything to get value?
No. A finding that changes a process, clarifies a handover, or directs training can be useful on its own. You can act through your existing tools or relevant Orchard capabilities, then check the result with your own measures.
Will it work with our existing tools?
Orchard works alongside supported applications through Windows activity capture and supported browser interactions. Specific integrations and workflow actions require setup. We confirm devices, applications, and required operations during evaluation.
Does Orchard measure employee performance?
Computer activity is evidence about observed work. It is not a complete measure of someone’s contribution, work quality, or wellbeing. Review patterns with the team and use the business’s own outcome measures.
